Hello and welcome to my website! I wear multiple hats and try to connect the dots on my quest to explore the textured nature of Indian modernity. I head the Godrej India Culture Lab and also serve as the Editor-at-large for Verve magazine. In addition, I am a Yale World Fellow, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a TED Fellow, a Utrecht University-Impakt Fellow and an academy member of the Global Teacher Prize. My book – Gay Bombay: Globalization, Love and (Be)Longing in Contemporary India (Sage Publications) was released in 2008.
